NJ FLAG FOOTBALL IS A VERY COMPETITIVE PROGRAM FOR ALL AGE DIVISIONS.

​

​AGE CUT OFF IS January 1st, 2025.

  • THIS IS IMPORTANT:

    • For example, if your player is 8 years old ON 1/1/2024, he/she should participate in the 7/8 division EVEN THOUGH he/she turns 9 later that year.

      • Players can play up to an older age group if desired.

      • PLAYERS CAN NOT PLAY DOWN.​​​

 

AGE GROUPS:

  • 3-4 Tiny Tykes CO-ED (ONLY available in the Spring and Winter seasons @ Total Turf!)

  • 5-6 Freshman CO-ED

  • 7-8 Sophomore CO-ED

  • 9-10 Junior CO-ED 

  • ​11-12 Senior CO-ED

  • 13-14 Pro

  • *Girls divisions at Total turf ONLY!*

    • 8-10 Girls

    • 11-14 Girls

ALL GAMES ARE PLAYED ON SUNDAYS.

  • If the season is outdoors, all games are played RAIN OR SHINE, unless there is severe inclement weather; ex: thunder/lightning. The league participants will then be notified.

REGISTRATION FEE: 

  • Total Turf - $175

  • Cherry Hill - $150

  • ASE - $160

    • Fee Includes:

      • NFL Flag Reversible top 

      • A Pair of Sonic pop in game flags 

      • Mouth Piece

Soft Shell Helmets:

  • Soft shell helmets are required to play in this league.

    • Helmets can be purchased online via Amazon OR use the recommended helmet link at the bottom of your confirmation email once registered. 

​

PRACTICE:

  • Practice times and locations are determined by the Head Coach/Asst Coach of your team.

  • On average you can expect 1 to 3 hours of practice per week. We only ask for teams to practice at least once a week.

Playoff Format:

  • Every team makes the playoffs.

  • Teams are broken down into brackets to play with teams with similar records. ​

    • Brackets are only formed if an age group has over a certain amount of teams.​

  • Playoff brackets and schedules are determined AFTER the regular season is completed.
