Registration Policies

REFUND POLICY

 The policy of the MAJOR LEAGUE YOUTH SPORTS (MLYS) / NEW JERSEY FLAG FOOTBALL is to issue NO refunds. Refunds that are administered are subject to a $25 administration fee.

 If a situation arises before the start of the season where a player can no longer participate, players are able to transfer a registration to another season. A $15 transfer fee will apply.  MLYS / NJ Flag reserves the right to cancel any division based upon low enrollment and/or conditions beyond our control. In the event that MLYS / NJ Flag cancels a division, the participant will receive a full refund.

LATE REGISTRATION POLICY

 MAJOR LEAGUE YOUTH SPORTS / NEW JERSEY FLAG FOOTBALL does not guarantee uniforms prior to week 2 for late registrants. All registrants who register after the deadline will not receive NJ Flag shorts. All late registrants are subject to a $20.00 late fee no exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

 MAJOR LEAGUE YOUTH SPORTS / NEW JERSEY FLAG FOOTBALL reserves the right to cancel any week or game due to scheduling conflicts or conditions out of our controls. Additionally, NEW JERSEY FLAG FOOTBALL reserves the right to make any changes to the season schedule that are warranted.

FRIEND REQUEST / COACHES REQUEST POLICY 

 During the registration process, parents can enter a coach or friend request for their child to be with another player. We do our best to match up those friend requests; however, it is not always possible and there are no guarantees.

 Coaches do have precedence over parents when requesting particular players for the formation of their roster.

FALSIFYING INFORMATION POLICY

 Falsifying registration information is prohibited.  Your child will be removed from the program with absolutely NO REFUNDS given. Teams are formed by LOCATION and by AGE/GRADE APPROPRIATENESS. The integrity of this league depends on the truthfulness of this information. The league does reserve the right to request proof of school, grade, or age.
